SUBURBAN NINJA SHE-DEVILS"Prepare yourself for combat! I'll pick up around the living room!" You've seen them at the malls, the hair salons, the PTA meetings-yuppie housewives. But, did you ever notice a set of nunchucks in their Gucci bags, or a katana in the trunk of their Lexus? Melba Slotnik schooled Holly Nordoff, Midge Yakamura and Phyllis Pollack from childhood in the art of Ninja. Years later, when the girls were all grown and married, Ombu-Doksi, the demonic threat that Melba ("Sensei Attila") trained the She-Devils to face, strikes their home town of Scarswell, NJ, and the ladies take up their swords once more to defend their beloved 'burbs and their husbands' businesses from the only known demonic entity to suffer from agoraphobia! Suburban Ninja She-Devils is a one-shot, 48 page comic, published by Marvel Comics in 1991 featuring pencils and covers by Amanda Conner (GATECRASHER).
