Out of Town and Offline

I’ll be in Los Angeles Monday through Wednesday of this coming week, so I won’t be posting for a while longer.

Yes, this is a trip to UCLA, and hopefully it’ll result in my being put on the transplant waiting list. Wish me luck.

Thanks to everyone for their comments on COUNTDOWN TO MYSTERY and Doctor Fate. I’m particularly gratified that the longtime Fate fans among you enjoyed the book. I think you’re going to like the second issue even more. We’ll see.

Much to do, no time to do it in, so I have to keep this short.

See you toward the end of next week!

I am going after the FATE series now, congratulations on more work. Just doing some kind of work in this world should be appreciated! And I appreciate your efforts as a writer a lot!

Looking forward into reading any thoughts you had on what I mentioned a few days ago about 70s comics writers and readers, methods for writing and so on, if you feel like it at all!

Cheers and anjoy LA as much as possible. I will remember you a lot during the coming week with very good wished!

BEST OF LUCK STEVE!!! I haven’t read it yet, since I get my books shipped to me every few weeks/months. Can’t wait. But screw all that, I’ll be crossing fingers, knocking on wood, etc, that everything works out for you.

All best wishes, Steve. Loved your work since the birth of HTD, collected pretty much everything you’ve written since, eagerly awaiting the new Doc Fate book (it takes a while for things to filter through to my quiet corner of England). Thank the gods for a writer with original ideas (that’s you by the way) …

I’d just like to add some more best wishes from the UK.
