“Help me, dear doctor, I’m damaged. There’s a pain where there once was a heart…”

Very encouraging visit to the cardiologist yesterday.

Blood pressure is back in the range it should be (124/76). Liver and kidney functions, cholesterol, triglycerides, and EKG all normal.

I seem to be okay for the moment.

On the subject of your health, Steve, you mentioned once before that you had sleep apnea, as do I, and I wondered if you would mind discussing the treatment you got for it. Operation or CPAP?

Good news, indeed. Are you making healthier choices, leading to these results? Or is it just crazy luck?

Also, it’s always great to see a Rolling Stones quote, particularly from one my favorite songs.

Uh, my health isn’t exactly “improving” — I’ll explain in a longish post once I get caught up on DOCTOR FATE — but the good news from the cardiologist may make dealing with the other problem a lot less complicated.
